With over a decade of experience, Meghana’s journey began in recruitment, where she spent six years mastering talent acquisition before founding her own enterprise in 2011. Today, she is recognized for her expertise in experienced IT hiring, non-IT and BPO recruitment, bulk hiring mandates, POSH advisory, and statutory compliance, along with the execution of national skill development programs such as PMKVY and DDU-GKY.
